Terms of Service

Welcome to Scholar Klub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the Math Klub program (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the Service or enrolling a student, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for parents and legal guardians who are at least 18 years old and can form legally binding contracts on behalf of themselves and the student they enroll. By enrolling, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. Program Enrollment and Payment

• Month-to-month: Standard enrollment is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
• Pricing: Current pricing is listed on the Pricing section of our website. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice to enrolled families.
• Billing: Charges are processed at the start of each billing cycle through our third-party payment processor.
• Refunds: Unless required by law or explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, all fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

3. Session Scheduling and Cancellation

Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice may be counted against your monthly allotment. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions when advance notice is given.

4. Code of Conduct

When participating in Math Klub sessions, you and your student agree to:

• Treat coaches and other participants with respect
• Use the Service for lawful, educational purposes only
• Not record, distribute, or publish session content without our prior written consent
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or its technology

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or disrupts the learning environment.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, lesson plans, materials, worksheets, videos, logos, and other content provided through the Service are the property of Scholar Klub or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any original work your student produces during sessions.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Academic progress depends on many factors, including student engagement, attendance, and prior preparation. While we design our programs to support measurable improvement, we do not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or admissions outcomes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scholar Klub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in York County, South Carolina.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
